PARK

The rules of ADVENTICA Park are binding for all visitors and accompanying persons. Visiting and using the equipment of ADVENTICA Park is only permitted after carefully reading these rules. The signature of one of the child’s parents, representatives, and/or guardians who are legally responsible for the child confirms that this person is familiar with these rules and the provisions set forth therein. The rules are displayed in a freely accessible place where visitors can familiarize themselves with them before deciding to leave their child at ADVENTICA Park. All other necessary information is provided by ADVENTICA Park staff.

Visitors can enter ADVENTICA Park after purchasing a ticket and receiving a special wristband.

Children under the age of 6 are only allowed into the entertainment area when accompanied by an adult.

Children aged 6 to 12 must be accompanied by adult parents/guardians. If they wish to leave a minor unattended in the entertainment area, they must sign a permission form at the ticket office when purchasing the ticket.

Minors aged 12 to 18 may remain in the area alone only after submitting an ADVENTICA park liability form signed by their parents/guardians.

Adults are only allowed to enter ADVENTICA park with minor children as accompanying persons.

Visitors with disabilities may visit ADVENTICA Park only when accompanied by adults who can provide special care for the visitor.

By purchasing a ticket, visitors confirm that they are familiar with ADVENTICA’s rules of conduct and assume full responsibility for complying with them. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors.

ADVENTICA Park does not provide childcare services. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors, their supervision, and safety.

VISITOR‘S CLOTHING

In the ADVENTICA park, it is not allowed to play in shoes or barefoot. We suggest wearing socks with a rubber non-slip sole. Such socks, suitable for playing, are available for purchase in the entertainment park ADVENTICA. Clothes and shoes can be left in the wardrobe. You might stay in your shoes, but then we will offer you boot swabs. However – a warning! It is forbidden to play and use entertainment equipment when wearing swabs.

We suggest choosing comfortable clothes: sportswear, outfit easy to move in sounds perfect. In the trampoline space, it is wise and essential to cover as much of your body as possible, wear long sleeved T-shirts and long sports pants.

In case of any health issues, disorders, traumas or other conditions, you are kindly asked to reasonably consider your capability to play in the park.

In case of any injuries or accidents, please notify the personnel of the entertainment park without delay. In case of extreme emergency, please call 112 immediately.

It is strictly forbidden to entertain under influence of drugs, alcohol and other substances.

No food and drinks are allowed in any entertainment. A special area is devoted to catering.

Any sharp or apt to break items are forbidden.

It is forbidden for third parties and/or persons to provide services or any other commercial activity without the written consent of the ADVENTICA Park Manager.

No alcohol is allowed to be brought and/or consumed in ADVENTICA park. 100 eur fine imposed for those who break this rule.

ADVENTICA Park staff has the right to exclude persons from the Park who may pose a risk to the safety and/or health of others.

In the event of persistent disregard of the rules, ignoring warnings or in case any circumstances adverse for other visitors to entertain safely in the park are established by improper behaviour of a visitor, the ADVENTICA personnel shall have the right to ask such offender to leave the entertainment space without the right to come back. The time unused shall not be indemnified and the money shall not be refunded in such case.

The ADVENTICA personnel maintain the equipment, take care of common order and briefing visitors. In case you need any of their assistance, do not hesitate to approach to employees wearing special ADVENTICA T-shirts.

During public events, you can be filmed or photographed. If you disagree with this and notice being filmed or photographed, you have the right to ask for not publishing such material.

In the entertainment space, visitors are allowed to film and photograph events and space itself for non-commercial purposes ONLY and avoiding identifiable persons, unless their permissions are given.

For the safety of persons and property, the entertainment area of the ADVENTICA park is constantly monitored by video cameras. Recordings are kept for no longer than 90 days. Please find out more about video surveillance by email info@adventica.lt

Money for purchased goods and / or services is not refunded. However, on case-by-case basis, we may offer other products and / or services in exchange for the amount paid for the purchased products and / or services.
